St. Michael the Archangel Honduras Mission Project

Hello from Honduras! Today, we started our day before the sun came up by serving breakfast to the men and women at the boarding house and then going to the pregnancy clinic.  We spent time talking with expectant moms before heading to the elderly home to have breakfast with the sisters.

We then headed to the orphanage for the quinceañera. We helped the five beautiful girls get ready for their special day and attended mass with a wonderful lunch and cake.  We spent the rest of the day spending time with the girls and having a wonderful dinner with the sisters.  As we reflected on Matthew 18:1-5, how to become child-like; we can see it everyday in the eyes of girls at the orphanage as we celebrate their quinceañera and how grateful they are for this experience and the tears of joy that flowed from their eyes. Thank you for continuing prayers as we continue to share gifts with these beautiful girls.
