Big and small hands helped to assemble, package, label and weigh our donations, supplies and gifts our team will bring to the residents of the elderly home and orphanage. Through the generous donations of our parishioners, we are bringing medicine, blankets (handcrafted by our own school children), pen pal letters from all of the Religious Education classes and school, books, Royals t-shirts as well as program supplies. MUCHAS GRACIAS!!
Please keep our travelers in your prayers this week: Sherry Barthol, Lauren Doefler, Mari Lynn Garcia, Dani de Leon, Lynn Pollock, Dana Puchalla, Jane Rall and Fr. Schmitz. Mari Lynn went on our first parish mission trip in February, 2005. We are so grateful she will help us end our year-long 10 Years of Building Hope in Honduras celebration!!!
To end our celebration in solidarity with our friends in Honduras, please join us for a Novena to St. Anthony of Padua (the patron saint of the orphanage and elderly homes) beginning on Friday, June 5. His feast day is celebrated on June 13.

Please also pray for all of the people that we will meet on our journey and especially for the nuns, girls and elderly of our sister project. Pray for us to….To act justly, love mercy and walk humbly with our God – Micah 6:8

looks great! You will be blessed and your hearts will be FULL. Safe travels. My love to all those we serve in Santa Rosa. Wish I was going with You.
