Hola from Honduras,
St. Teresa of Calcutta said, “We all long for Heaven – to be happy with him at this very moment. But being happy now with Him now means: loving as He loves, helping as He helps, giving as He gives, serving as he serves, rescuing him as he rescues, being with Him in his distressing disguise.”
Over the last few days, you have heard about many of our daily activities with the Sors (nuns), elderly and girls.
Yesterday, we had another amazing day with the girls taking them on an outing.
As I reflect on our final days, I first thank God for giving me the opportunity to be part of these beautiful people’s lives.
St. Michael the Archangel Parish has become a huge part of their everyday life. Your support, prayers and our presence have made a difference.
St. Teresa of Calcutta could not have said it better. And, there are no better role models than the Sors. They live it every day.
Let us all be happy with Him at this very moment!
